Dewalt users complained the adapter jumped off the tracks sometimes. From what I gather, "it works" but is not meant for precision and is sort of there as an afterthought to pad their features list.

Very simple looking unit and it looks like manual adjustment so you'll have to measure to move the cutter unit (say you're doing a 1" mortise with a 3/4" bit). I am skeptical they would hold very well under vibration.
The makita router adapter looks like a mostly plastic item, along the Dewalt, and fastens via rod thru base and tightens via thumb turned screw. And an attractive and accessible method for cutting mortises and shoulder joins in beams. Dado routing seems sooo much easier then reconfiguring a cabinet saw. I had also been exploring routers and the adapters for the rail systems out there. There is also a second clamp slot close to the cut line meaning you could use this track to rip 2x stock for fir-out strips when framing *which was the last reason to have a table saw for me*. The Mafell Bosch tracks seem a little thicker and more resilient, and use a 14" inlaid connector hardware that aligns perfectly without swinging a monkey's paw.

What I have noticed from watching reviews is the Makita/Festool tracks look a little thin and chinstsy, bowing when they overhang the material, and when joining them a lot users have complained saying they need to use a straight edge to align the tracks correctly when using these popsicle stick connector hardware you install by flipping the tracks upside down. So in what way does each system branch out from this core function? Well, mainly in the auxiliary components. Maybe Festool's TS55 10 amp motor is too light at max cut. What I'll say from here is that every single one of the middle and upper tier saws seems to do it's job of cutting a perfectly straight line well enough to level the playing field on that dimension. You could tailor your guide lengths to lower price a bit but these are sketches of the rudiments of each system. So Bosch sitting at $1130 for functional kit? Yikes. Dewalt's corded kit comes with 59/102 box at $750 Makita 55/118 box at $700. In Canada, we are just getting a NA version of the Bosch track saw in our stores, selling at $800 for the saw and a box *without rails*. At their price point, I will happily admire from afar but it's exciting to know Bosch is licensing from a top of the line manufacturer. From what I hear, Mafell is the premium manufacturer of saws and is the ideal tool for Timber framers doing precision joinery cuts.
This is what Bosch has done with Mafell when producing their track saw. Not an item at the latest cutting edge in the field, maybe not at the peak of ability, but certainly an item of reliable quality. For example, Dewalt's 165' laser measure is derived from a previous generation model Leica, now painted yellow.
